Verizon's Emerging Technology Expo Shows Businesses How To Increase Profits and Efficiency: Verizon is inviting business leaders to learn more about what machine-to-machine (M2M) technology is (the ability for wireless and wired systems to communicate with other devices) and how it can provide solutions that lead to greater profits and productivity. Verizon's Emerging Technology Expo will feature local companies that have developed M2M solutions, demonstrations of the latest M2M products and services, and networking opportunities with M2M specialists who can help identify the best tech solutions for your company. The event is free. Operating system partners attending include Microsoft, BlackBerry, Apple and Samsung (representing Google Android). Participating vertical product and service providers include Double Map, Illuminating Concepts, Kennedy Industries, Maximus Security, Real Green and Solidica.
