ECHL Condors Are Asking For Your Underwear

"Undie Sunday" that's how it's being billed. The Bakersfield Condors, ECHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers, announced that their game on Sunday, April 13 will be their first ever "Undie Sunday."
The thought process behind the promotion is very similar to the "Teddy Bear Toss" in Calgary, as you can see below.
Instead of bears being thrown onto the ice, it will be bras and panties? According to the team's website this is how the whole underwear toss will go down:
When the team scores their first goal, similar to Teddy Bear Toss, fans are encouraged to chuck their underwear (new, please!) onto the ice for donation to charity.
I love the fact they are asking for new underwear. Just imagine some of the nasty dudes who attend minor league hockey games. Go ahead, think about that one for a second. Did you? Yea, disgusting right? How many ladies attend these games?
Below is a video from the Condors about their 'undie Sunday' promotion.
And don't forget it's pronounced "un-dee, sun-dee"!
