Eagles 'What The Fox Say' Animation Blasts The Lions
Need more motivation to root for the Lions to take out the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend? Here it is. The Eagles posted a video on their official Facebook page Friday which parodies Norwegian band Ylvis' hit, "The Fox," but instead asks, "What Will The Lion Say?"
The video depicts Eagles offensive lineman Julian Vandervelde singing the pop hit with lyrics mocking the Lions and how they will be running scared from the Eagles this Sunday. The video goes on to show an animated Lion running from a cartoon Eagles player screaming like a little girl and making noises reminiscent of "The Wizard of Oz's" Cowardly Lion.
With a league-worst passing defense, the Eagles may be hearing Lions fans saying "Touchdown!" frequently on Sunday as the Lions bring their conference-best passing offense to town. And with Calvin "Megatron" Johnson on the verge of the all-time Lions franchise receiving record, they may also hear chants of "M-V-P", and it won't be for one of their players.
