Driver Sought In Fatal Hit-And-Run
ROMULUS (WWJ) - Romulus police are looking for a hit and run driver who hit a man and left him for dead. The 49-year old victim is in critical condition.
Police say he was on Middlebelt Road north of Ecorse when he was hit around 10 p.m. Sunday. Parts left at the scene indicate the vehicle involved was a 1997 Ford F-150 pickup, possibly black in color.
Investigators say the truck should have damage on the front and front passenger side. The passenger side mirror, antenna and headlight parts were found at the scene.
