DPD Spokesman John Roach Dismissed
The fallout continues at Detroit Police Headquarters. The department's media spokesperson John Roach has been let go.
Spokesman Dan Lajanna tells WWJ, Roach was removed from the job. Roach was an appointee as spokesperson for the police department, and was subject to dismissal at the Mayor's request.
Roach had served as Warren Evans' spokesman when Evans was Wayne County sheriff. No word yet on a possible replacement.
