Does Miguel Cabrera Commercial Take Shot At Peralta?

Miguel Cabrera stars in the new, well-done television commercial for Chrysler. In the ad, there is a reference to players who have taken shortcuts to become good. I am sure Cabrera's intention was not to criticize Jhonny Peralta, who as you know was suspended 50 games for using performance enhancing drugs. However, one could stretch and make that leap after seeing the commercial and the placement of the dreaded asterisk.
