Divers Search Gull Lake For Grand Rapids Man Who Fell Off Boat
PRAIRIEVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Divers have been searching Gull Lake in southwestern Michigan for a man who fell overboard and likely drowned.
A couple from the Grand Rapids area launched their boat in Prairieville Township Saturday morning, with plans to go fishing.
Kalamazoo County Sheriff's officials say both fell out of the boat while going across the lake.
The woman swam to safety but the man went down in the water and wasn't seen again.
The man's name has not been released.
