Detroit's Ansah Injures Ankle
DETROIT (AP) — Detroit defensive end Ziggy Ansah has left Sunday's game against Dallas with an ankle injury. His return is questionable.
Ansah was having his left leg looked at on the sideline during the first half. The Lions took him in the first round of this year's draft with the fifth overall pick.
Detroit defensive tackle Nick Fairley appeared to be favoring his left leg during the second quarter, and he eventually sat on the bench with a baseball hat on, although there was no immediate announcement of any injury.
Lions wide receiver Ryan Broyles left with an Achilles tendon injury, and cornerback Bill Bentley was sidelined with a knee injury.
