Detroit Woman Pleads Guilty In Fatal Hit-And-Run
A Detroit woman charged with running over an acquaintance after an argument will spend 17 to 40 years in prison.
The Wayne County Prosecutor's office says Gloria Columbert pled guilty Tuesday to second degree murder and was sentenced by Judge Michael Hathaway.
Columbert ran over Omar Gill with her car last May in front of a house on Mansfield Street. She left the scene, but was caught a short time later.
There's no indication what the two were arguing about.
