DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit Police need your help to find a missing 16-year-old girl.

Kaamiyla Ridgell's mother says the teen has a blood disorder and other health issues that require medication, making her disappearance a great concern to her family.

She had a doctor's appointment last Friday, but never made it. Kaamiyla was last seen at her eastside home on Siebert, near Detroit City Airport. The teen is described as 5-foot-4, 130 pounds, brown hair with light skin tone. She was last seen wearing a gray jogging suit and gray t-shirt.

Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Northeastern District at 313-596-1140.
