Detroit Police Search For Drive-By Gunman Who Shot Teens
DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are looking for the drive-by gunman who shot two teens on the city's northeast side.
Police say the incident happened around 12:45 p.m. Thursday in the 17800 block of Barlow, near East McNichols Road and Hoover Street.
According to police, a 15-year-old and 19-year-old were walking down the street when a green Dodge caravan drove past and fired shots, striking them both.
The teens were rushed to the hospital where the 15-year-old was listed in temporary-serious condition, and the 19-year-old was listed in stable condition.
Police say the circumstances pertaining to shooting are unknown at this time.
No arrests have been made. The suspect is described as an armed, black male.
