Detroit Police Search For 3 Teens Who Robbed, Carjacked Man At Bank ATM [PHOTOS]

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating three teenage suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery and carjacking that occurred outside of a bank on the city's northwest side.

The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18 at a Citizens Bank in the 21500 block of Grand River, just past McNichols road.

Police say a 51-year-old man was using the ATM when the suspects approached him at gunpoint. After robbing the man, the suspects carjacking him and fled the scene in his gold 1999 Mercury Villager. The victim was not injured.

Police say all three suspects are black males between the ages of 15 and 17.

The first suspect is described as 5'8" tall and 155 lbs. with a medium complexion. He was wearing Carhart-style jacket and blue jeans.

The second suspect is described as 5'5" tall and 140 lbs. with a light complexion, facial hair and a small afro. He was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt.

The third suspect is described only as having a dark complexion.
