Detroit NAACP Holds 'Jobs! Jobs! Jobs!' Career Expo
DETROIT (WWJ) - The Detroit Branch NAACP will match opportunity with potential when it hosts the 7th Annual Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! – A Super Career Expo on Friday, May 4.
The expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Fellowship Chapel, located at 7707 W. Outer Drive in Detroit.
The expo will feature several workshops that will focus on interviewing and resume writing skills, workers rights and workforce re-entry, social media and the workforce, career paths to entrepreneurship, and a fashion show on how to dress for success. A computer resource center will be on-site for individuals to apply for jobs online.
On the spot interviews are likely so all attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately in professional attire.
