Crowd Turns Out For Probert Funeral
There was a big turnout at funeral services in Windsor Friday for former Detroit Red Wing Bob Probert . More than 1,000 people, including former teammates and rivals, gathered at Windsor Christian Fellowship to say a final farewell to the 45-year old who died Monday while boating on Lake St. Clair. Former Red Wings great Steve Yzerman delivered the eulogy, saying Probert was much more than a tough guy and he had alot of fun on and off the ice.
Probert is survived by a wife and four kids.
