Crook Caught Breaking Into Vehicles
SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) - A brazen crook was caught red-handed in Southfield Tuesday morning.
Police say one person is in custody after he was caught breaking into vehicles at Stonebrook Condominiums on Franklin Pointe Drive, near Franklin Road and I-696.
It wasn't clear if the suspect was trying to steal items in the car, or the vehicle itself.
Investigators are now trying to determine if the suspect was working alone or with accomplices. Police haven't yet said if the suspect is responsible for other similar crimes that have been reported in the area.
The suspect's identity was not immediately released.
