Compuware Gomez Partners With AppLabs
Gomez, the Web performance division of Detroit-based Compuware Corp. (Nasdaq: CPWR), and Philadelphia-based AppLabs, the world's largest software testing and quality management company, today announced a partnership to deliver enhanced performance testing capabilities to customers.
Under the agreement, AppLabs will resell Gomez's Web load and performance testing systems, which are used by organizations to optimize the performance and availability of Web and mobile applications.
AppLabs will offer Gomez's on-demand, realistic load and website performance testing solution so customers can test and measure Web applications from the browser to the data center -- to find and fix business-impacting performance issues that can occur anywhere in the Web application delivery chain. With Gomez, AppLabs' customers can generate scalable, high-volume load from the cloud and real-world load from over 150,000 Gomez Last Mile desktops around the globe.
