Complaint Says Dad Tattooed Foot Of Daughter, 5
FLINT (AP) - Police in Flint are investigating a complaint that a 24-year-old man may have tattooed the foot of his 5-year-old daughter and beaten her with a belt.
The Flint Journal said a report about the complaint from the state Department of Human Services was filed Tuesday.
The girl told Human Services that her father beat her several times, leaving several marks and bruises on her body. A police report didn't say whether the man was taken into custody.
