Colleges Using YouTube For Potential Students
The Internet is offering students a new window on colleges and universities they are interested in through You Tube.
Colleges and universities, eager to put their best foot forward to digitally savvy students have created YouTube channels that feature video generated on campus.
Perhaps the most creative use of YouTube is the Macalester College president, who starred in a web video in which he personally feeds squirrels, leads admissions tours, and conducts an a cappella singing group's rehearsal.
So if you are interested in a college, see what it is posting on video websites to get a different perspective on the campus.
