Capricorn Helps Polk Move Data Center: Capricorn Diversified Systems Inc. a Farmington Hills provider of IT products and services, has provided professional data center relocation services to R. L. Polk & Co., the premier provider of automotive information and marketing solutions to the automotive world with headquarters in Southfield. The datacenter relocation was the culmination of months of planning, occurring over a single weekend. The data center consisted of various servers and networking equipment totaling over 300 pieces. The new location allows for cost savings through an efficient redesign of space. In addition, the new location brings the Polk team closer to major OEM customers in southeastern Michigan.
