C/D/H Buys Plante & Moran's Web, SharePoint Consultancy
GRAND RAPIDS -- The IT consulting firm C/D/H announced last week that it had purchased the Web development and SharePoint consulting team of the Southfield accounting and business advisory firm Plante & Moran PLLC.
This purchase, coupled with C/D/H's existing Microsoft SharePoint consultants, makes the C/D/H SharePoint consulting group the largest of its kind in Michigan.
"Not only are we gaining talented, experienced people who have been doing great work at Plante for many years, we are increasing our consulting staff by 35 percent and adding its loyal consulting clients to C/D/H's book of business," said Paul Hillman, partner at C/D/H.
The Plante & Moran team completed transition to C/D/H's Royal Oak offices on July 15. John Bissa, former partner with Plante & Moran, has become practice director for C/D/H southeast Michigan, responsible for operations at the Royal Oak office with business development and managerial duties.
"The purchase of the Plante & Moran Web Development/SharePoint team strengthens our consulting service offerings, and resources for all our clients, at a time when demand for SharePoint is on the rise," Hillman said.
