Carlson Pleads Guilty To Burning Baby's Feet
DETROIT (WWJ) A Roseville man has pleaded guilty to an unthinkable crime: burning the feet of his girlfriend's baby with a lighter.
Twenty-year-old Scott Carlson was arrested on Christmas day, after the child's grandparents noticed burned marks on the baby's feet and bruises on his back.
Carlson told police he got angry when the 13-month old got into the wrapping paper.
He faces up to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty today to two counts of first degree child abuse.
