Career Fair Has Jobs Available
A number of local companies are trying to help put Detroit back to work.
They're staging the inaugural "Revving up the Motor City" career fair, with more than a thousand full-time jobs available.
Kelly Services Vice President Chris Stark says dress well, bring a resume, prepare to talk about your experience, and know who your talking to when you interview.
A team of local business leaders-including CareerBuilder, Focus: HOPE, Fox 2 News, Kelly Services, and the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council have joined together to host the job fair.
The career fair runs 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Masonic Temple in Detroit.
