CBS DETROIT - Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson has been listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Johnson was also listed as questionable for Detroit's last two games, both of which he missed. However, he did not practice at all the weeks leading up to those games, but he participated in limited practice Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.

Lions head coach Jim Caldwell said game taking place on an international stage in London, where the NFL hopes to eventually place a team, does not add any pressure to play Johnson.

"The coaching staff doesn't make [that decision]," Caldwell said Thursday. "It's out of their hands whether we're home or away. The physicians look at it exactly the same way. They look at it like they would anyone else in that particular position, regardless of the game, regardless of the circumstances. That's the most important thing, to make sure he's healthy and ready to go. Physicians don't face the media, so they don't have to deal with that issue. They're not asked about it continually, and they just do their job the way that they know how."

Also questionable for the Lions is right tackle LaAdrian Waddle, who was a full participant in practice Friday after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday. Doubtful for Detroit are tight end Brandon Pettigrew and running back Reggie Bush, who was a limited participant in practice Wednesday but missed the practices Thursday and Friday. Pettigrew did not practice at all this week, and neither did fellow tight ends Joe Fauria and Eric Ebron, who have both been ruled out for Sunday's game.

Probable for Detroit are running back Theo Riddick and defensive end Ezekiel Ansah.
