California Man Leads Police On High Speed Chase; Abandons Car, Tries Skateboard Getaway [VIDEO]

This might make me a bad person, but there is something about police chases that I just can't get enough of.
The part of it that makes me the bad person is I really want the criminal to get away. I want it to play out like Grand Theft Auto -- minus the killing.
In California, there was a high-speed police chase that seemed like it belonged in Grand Theft Auto.

The suspect was in a stolen BMW. He crashed the car and hopped out, trying to get away on his skateboard. This dude isn't exactly Tony Hawk or anything close.
"I seen the guy running with a skateboard in his hand, and he's running from the cops, they're like right on him, there's about six or seven cops, and he got on his skateboard and he started moving, and it was just instinct just to block the guy off, slow him down a little bit," the pickup truck driver, Lou Pizarro, told Eyewitness News.
