Burglar Hits Jimmy John's After Dark, Makes Off With Over $100
WATERFORD (WWJ) - The late night munchies might have brought him there, but in the end it was the cash he was after.
Police in Waterford are searching for the suspect who broke into a Jimmy John's restaurant and made off with over $100 in cash.
Police say they responded to a burglary alarm at the Jimmy John's on Dixie Highway around 1:15 a.m. last Friday.
Officers arrived at the business to find the front door window broken out and a piece of concrete lying on the ground next to the door. Nearby surveillance video shows an unknown suspect breaking the glass and entering the business.
The suspect is described as a balding white male, about 5'-8" or 5'-9" and 180 pounds.
