Autopsy Results Withheld In Death Of 1-Year Old Detroit Girl
DETROIT (WWJ) - An autopsy has been completed on a one year old Detroit girl, whose body was found in her east side home early Saturday.
WWJ Newsradio 950's Beth Fisher reports that the autopsy is complete on Ziya Turner, but results are not being released according to police.
A Detroit police sergeant says there has been no arrest in the case, contrary to some reports.
He tells WWJ that the investigation is ongoing into the little girl's death and that her family has been cooperative.
Turner went missing Friday while her uncle was babysitting her and several other children. Cadaver dogs found her in the home on Brinker, near Seven Mile and Conant.
