Now she would like to share five tips to beautify your home for Halloween.
"Decorate your front and side porches with carved pumpkins, tin can lanterns, barrels of hay, blooming mums and black cats. This project is fun for the whole family! Make it a family effort, and let everyone be a part of the fun. For more of a DIY effect, save leftover food cans and have the kids make their own tin can lanterns. They'll also enjoy carving pumpkins. Create a Halloween scene with your tin can lanterns, pumpkins and the items mentioned above on your porch for neighbors, guests and trick-or-treaters to enjoy. If you have older children and want a scarier scene, purchase your favorite scary Halloween decorations and incorporate them into your porch creation. Hint: If you stick with more of a festive fall scene, you can leave it up until Thanksgiving."
"Fill your dining room table with a combination of black and orange chargers and dinner plates. Use spider or skull napkin rings for your festive cloth napkins & be sure to use as many candles to your liking of different sizes. Home Goods is a great place to find one-of-a-kind Halloween decorations and themed candles at an affordable price. For a DIY effect, purchase or create a stackable pumpkin topiary for your center piece, place it in the center of the table and surround it with fake fall leaves, mini carved pumpkins, skulls, spiders and mini bats. Incorporate the leaves throughout the table and place your creepy spiders throughout your place settings."
"Most people forget about the guest bathroom, but decorating this space is a fun way to make your guests feel right at home. Festive Halloween guest napkins in a dish is a nice touch. Add toy spiders and skulls to the counter top with a combination of Halloween candles. If you want to continue your topiary theme, create a stacked pumpkin topiary like you did for your dining table. Fake pumpkins made of foam from Michael's are fun to carve and they can be used in your bathroom year after year."

"Add fun Halloween candles to your kitchen island and serve dinner on Halloween plates and spooky serving trays. Hang plastic spiders from the chandeliers with fishing line at different heights for fun conversation during meal times."
"Your yard is your canvas. Create any scene you like and use the entire front yard for a full Halloween effect. On a budget? Decorate the trees with homemade ghosts using old hire hangers and a ripped up old sheet. Make a carved pumpkin path along the walkway for trick or treaters. Your local Halloween store will have lots of ghouls, ghosts and scary characters to add to your scene. Pick a theme such as a cemetery, Walking Dead or cartoon character theme and run with it! If you don't want to use your entire front yard, decorate trees and shrubs connected to your porch scene and carry your porch scene into the gardens."
