Arraignment For Man Charged In Hit And Run-Fatal Accident
STERLING HEIGHTS (WWJ) - A 63-year-old Sterling Heights man has been arraigned on charges of failing to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Moussa Massoud has been charged in a hit and run fatal accident that occurred in January on Dequindre and Long Lake.
His bond was set at $5000 dollars. If convicted, he faces five years in jail and/or a fine.
