Anco Adds Mobile Online Catalog
Southfield-based Federal-Mogul Corp. (Nasdaq: FDML) Thursday announced a new online catalog for its Anco wiper blades unit, www.getanco.mobi, that is tailored for smartphones, iPads and other electronic devices.
The site allows mobile users to quickly and easily identify the right Anco wiper blades for their vehicles.
"We have worked very hard to communicate the critical safety and performance benefits of replacing worn wiper blades," said Mark Boyle, global marketing manager of visibility products for Federal-Mogul. "Now we're complementing these efforts with a variety of innovative tools, including the GetAnco.mobi Web site, to help make the buying experience as fast and convenient as possible."
The interactive site enables users to quickly review the features and benefits of each Anco wiper design and find the replacement that is right for them. Products featured on the GetAnco.mobi site are Anco Contour premium wipers, aerodynamically styled AeroVantage wipers, standard Anco 31-Series blades, Anco Winter Blades and the all-new line of Anco Rear Blades.
Recently, Federal-Mogul launched a similarly convenient, new lookup tool featuring product and application listings covering the full range of Champion small-engine spark plugs at www.GetChampion.mobi.
