Alleged Break-In Ends With Police Chase
DETROIT (WWJ) - A police chase Monday afternoon leaves three people hospitalized.
It began when the owners of a home on Auburndale, near Plymouth and Merriman in Livonia, returned to find three people inside.
The suspects jumped into a car ... and sped onto Plymouth Road ... eventually running a red light and slamming into another vehicle near Inkster and Joy Road.
The driver of that vehicle is hospitalized in serious condition.
All three of the suspects are in custody. Two of the suspects injured in the crash were hospitalized.
Police found jewelry in the suspect's vehicle.
