Agility Health Enters El Paso Market
Grand Rapids-based Agility Health, a provider of physical rehabilitation and software services for patients, health care providers and employers, announced a strategic partnership with Border Therapy Services, a leading provider of physical therapy services in the greater El Paso, Texas area.
Agility Health's latest partnership involves all three Border Therapy Services locations and advances the Company's strategy to extend its multi-state group of partnered and owned clinics.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Border Therapy Services is a well established outpatient provider in the El Paso community, providing an array of patient services with a particular focus on sports performance rehabilitation and training. Agility Health plans to help Border expand its business and client offering through Agility's clinical management technology and infrastructure support, which includes administrative, marketing and recruitment capabilities, as well as financial resources to help support future growth.
