Accident In Western Michigan Critically Injures 3 High School Girls
LOWELL (WWJ) - Authorities say at least three teenage girls are critically injured after their SUV crashed through a metal barrier on I-96 in western Michigan as they traveled to a high school basketball game.
The victims were ejected from the vehicle near Lowell.
Two other girls in the Honda apparently escaped injury. All five are from Grand Haven High School.
They were en route to East Lansing to watch the school's girls basketball team in the state semifinals.
