Aaron Brown Bolsters Case To Be Lions' Fourth Running Back

Last week it was DeDe Dorsey making his case for the fourth running back spot on the Lions roster. On Saturday, another candidate proved his worth.

Aaron Brown tried to make people forget Dorsey's performance by displaying his speed and scoring ability in the Lions' 35-27 victory over the Browns.

Kevin Smith, rookie Jahvid Best and Jerome Felton are considered locks. Brown, Dorsey and veteran Maurice Morris are competing for the fourth spot.

"I felt good, man," Brown said. "I felt comfortable. That was one thing I've been trying to really put my eyes on is being more comfortable than I was last year and just try to just improve in an overall aspect."

Brown rushed for the Lions' final two touchdowns in the come-from-behind victory, finishing the game with five carries for 34 yards.
