5 Boats Damaged During Fire At Marina
FENTON TWP. (WWJ/AP) - Two pontoon boats have been destroyed and three others damaged during a marina fire in Fenton Township.
Fire Chief Ryan Volz told MLive.com no injuries were reported following the early Tuesday morning fire. Volz said the boats were docked at the Lake Fenton Marina when they caught fire about 4:15 a.m. Flames could be seen from across the lake.
Volz said it wasn't immediately clear what caused the fire or how it started. An investigation is ongoing.
