4 More Trials Ordered In Flint Stabbing Spree
The trials are piling up for a man accused of being a Michigan serial killer after a judge ordered four more on charges of attempted murder in the Flint area.
A judge on Thursday found enough evidence to send the cases to Genesee County Circuit Court. Elias Abuelazam now faces one murder trial and five trials of attempted murder.
And the number could grow. Abuelazam will return to court Friday for a probable cause hearing in the stabbing death of Arnold Minor in August. Another murder case is scheduled for a similar hearing on Dec. 16.
Abuelazam was captured Aug. 11 in Atlanta while trying to fly to his native Israel. He's also charged with attempted murder in Toledo, Ohio, and is suspected in attacks in Leesburg, Va.
