2nd Suspect Charged With Killing Man In Front Of Family
DEARBORN HEIGHTS (AP) - Charges have been filed against a second man in the robbery-shooting of a Dearborn Heights man in his house, where his family was at home.
The Wayne County prosecutor's office says Amaar Al-Saady faced arraignment Wednesday.
Charges against the 34-year-old Detroit man include felony murder, armed robbery and home invasion.
Moshin Al-Uglah was shot in the neck on Sept. 14 after two men entered his home, just west of Detroit. Al-Uglah, his wife, brother and children were inside the house. Authorities say power to the home was cut and Al-Uglah was confronted when he went outside to investigate.
Antonnie Ray of Detroit was arraigned Tuesday on murder and other charges in Al-Uglah's slaying.
The Associated Press was unable to determine if Al-Saady had an attorney Wednesday.
