2nd Person Of Interest In Custody In Detroit Barber Shop Shooting
DETROIT (WWJ/AP) - Police say a second person with a possible connection to a Detroit barber shop shooting that killed three people has been taken into custody.
Police Chief James Craig confirmed Friday to The Detroit News that the person of interest was arrested on Thursday.
Details weren't released, including the person's name.
On Tuesday, a man identified as a person of interest in the case was ordered to stay in jail on separate charges. Larry Walker II is charged in federal court with trying to ram an unmarked FBI vehicle in Rochester Hills while he was under surveillance in the hours following the shooting.
The charges against Walker were filed three days after a total of nine people were shot on Nov. 6 in what Detroit Police Chief James Craig called an act of "urban terrorism,"
Walker's lawyer has said his client had no role in the shootings, and no one has been charged in the case.
