Security summit coming to Ann Arbor: The University of Michigan will host security experts from around the world, including experts from the FBI and Harvard, the first person to hack an iPhone and a professional lock picker, at its SUMIT_10 security conference Tuesday, Oct. 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rackham Auditorium, 915 E. Washington St., Ann Arbor. Aimed at helping consumers and business owners understand the importance of cyber security as well as emerging threats, this is a public, free event that offers direct access to renowned experts. SUMIT is an annual symposium hosted by the University of Michigan, with the goal of raising awareness and educating the community on cyber security trends.
