200 Job Openings for NOVO 1 at Budco in Highland Park
HIGHLAND PARK -- Novo 1, a premier provider of customer care services, has immediate job openings for more than 200 customer service advisor, team leader and quality coach positions at their Budco facility in Highland Park.
These are new, full-time jobs to field inbound calls for a healthcare client to assist customers with their benefits questions.
"The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking, communication and computer skills while being friendly and engaging over the telephone. Positions are available for customer service advisors, team leaders and quality analysts," said Alicia Roach, NOVO 1 Site Director. "Pay scale ranges from $10-$15 per hour depending upon position and experience. Our company is in the midst of tremendous growth and we will groom people for leadership positions."
New hires will be provided with eight weeks of paid classroom and three weeks of on-the-job training. A comprehensive benefits package is available including medical, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, legal, accidental death and dismemberment and a matching 401k program. In addition, the company provides free secure parking, has an on-site gym with complimentary fitness classes, and operates a full service cafeteria.
