17-Year-Old Boy Shot To Death In Benton Harbor; Police Looking For Suspects
BENTON TOWNSHIP (WWJ/AP) -- Police have made an arrest and are looking for other suspects in the weekend shooting of a 17-year-old boy in southwestern Michigan.
The victim has been identified as 17-year-old Karlos Kelly of Benton Harbor.
Benton Township police say officers responded Sunday to Blossom Acres Apartments and found the boy unconscious with a gunshot wound.
Police say they tried to revive the boy but were unsuccessful. Benton Township officers and the Berrien County homicide task force are investigating.
Seddrick Williams, 18, was arrested and charged with murder and felony firearm. Police are still looking for the suspected shooter, 18-year-old Anthony Daniel Walker, and 18-year-old Daquantaries Maurice Williams, who is being sought for questioning.
