Sheriff's commander under investigation for waving gun in sheriff's office
Video obtained by CBS News Colorado appears to show one of the deputies pointing out that the commander's tactical light is on. He glances at the rifle but then appears to point the weapon toward the reception desk, waving it from side to side momentarily.
