Residents react to Lakewood's "Lookout Alert" after reports of man walking with rifle
Imagine getting an alert, saying to get in your basement, and cover your windows, a dangerous person is in the area. That is what hundreds of people in Lakewood saw when they received a lookout alert, from Lakewood Police on Monday night.
