Ads for and against criminal justice ballot measures in Colorado lack details

Proposition 128, if passed, would require people convicted of certain violent crimes to serve at least 85% of their sentence. Proposition 130 would allocate $350 million to law enforcement agencies across the state for salaries, bonuses, training and education and a $1 million death benefit for families of officers and deputies killed in the line of duty.
