BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Boulder police are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman early Saturday morning.

Investigators said a woman was standing at a bus stop in the 1100 block of Walnut Street between 1:45 a.m. and 3 a.m. when she was approached by a man. They went to a nearby pub together, then returned to the bus stop. The victim says the man led her to a stairwell in the Randolph Center parking garage where the alleged assault occurred.

The suspect is described as a black man in his early-to-mid 20s, 5-foot-7 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a white t-shirt and a white bandana on his head and dark pants. He may have told the victim he was from the east coast.

Anyone with information is asked to call Boulder police.
