WATCH: Newly Released Video Shows 2015 Sledgehammer Robbery
LONE TREE, Colo. (CBS4) - Video has been released that shows a wild robbery at a jewelry store at the Park Meadows shopping mall in Douglas County.
Two men used sledgehammers to destroy a watch case. They stole or broke 14 Rolex watches worth more than $284,000.
It happened in 2015, but the video is being released now that the ringleader has been convicted.
Marquis McDonald, a Detroit man, was sentenced to 96 years in prison. His accomplices had already plead guilty.
