Two-Tailed Comet Caught On Telescope, More Views Possible

DENVER (CBS4) - Last week we told you about the potential of seeing a comet in the early morning sky.
CBS4 viewer Brian Ottum captured this image of Comet Catalina from a telescope in New Mexico early on Sunday morning.
According to earthsky.org there have been several sightings in recent days.

Astronomers say more views are possible in the eastern predawn sky throughout the month of December and possibly into January with the use of a telescope or binoculars.
