The Fall Festival at Anderson Farms is always one of the best highlights of the fall season. To get to the pumpkin patch, you'll take a fun hayride on a wagon pulled by an antique tractor. The tractor will take you to one of the largest pumpkin patches in Colorado with more than 30 acres and 26 varieties of squash, pumpkins and gourds to enjoy. Pumpkins are priced separately and they range in price from $2 to about $20 depending on the size. You'll also get admission to the 30-acre corn maze or check out pumpkin launching on Saturdays and Sundays and watch pumpkins get hurled up to a quarter mile. There is so much more to enjoy at the Fall Festival, so be sure to grab the whole family for this one.

If you are willing to take a bit of a drive (about two hours), the trip to Diana's Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze will be well worth it. You can find a plethora of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes here, from the large pumpkins for your best spooky Jack-O-Lantern to the smaller pumpkins perfect for pies and other foods. Because Diana's grows all of its own pumpkins, you'll also find a huge selection of heirloom and specialty pumpkins, and of course everything is subject to weather and supply. While you are there, check out one of the oldest corn mazes in town and get lost in more than eight acres of spooky corn fun.

You can borrow a little red wagon and head out on the trail with your kids as you search the patch for the perfect pumpkin. You'll find a great variety of pumpkins and a lot of other fun activities to keep everyone entertained. Check out the straw bale maze, which is perfect for the kids that may be too young for the bigger corn maze, or check out all the animals as your kids learn a bit about life on the farm. There is a lot to enjoy at the Crazed Cornfield Maze and Pumpkin Patch. If you are heading there for the perfect pumpkin, then you are in luck. It is free to visit the patch and you can have lots of fun browsing around the fields and getting lots of beautiful photos of your kids as they wander the pumpkins. There is also a playground that is free to visit. If you want to spend more time there, grab tickets for the corn maze. It's a huge maze spanning about 20 acres and can take up to an hour to complete.
