Top Denver Chef Heads To Japan On First Dreamliner Flight For Cooking Show
DENVER (CBS4) - A prominent Denver chef headed out on United's first direct flight to Tokyo on Monday.
On Friday Executive Chef Simon Purvis of Edge restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel showed off the smoked salmon eggs benedict he plans to make for a cooking show in Japan.
Simon is one of the dozens of business people who headed to Tokyo to make a direct sales pitch for new Japanese business.
