Thousands Flock To Civic Center Park For Pridefest
DENVER (CBS$) - There were lots of colorful costumes, food options and unique entertainment at Civic Center Park on Saturday for the 37th annual Pridefest celebration.
Denver's annual Pridefest draws more than 300,000 people, which makes it the nation's third largest.
It's a way to raise awareness and money for AIDS organizations. For others it's all about the fun.
The celebration continues through Sunday. The annual Pridefest parade kicks off at Cheesman Park at 9:30 a.m.
