Teavana Recalls Tea For Possible Salmonella Contamination

DENVER (CBS4) - A popular tea is being recalled because of possible salmonella contamination.

Teavana is recalling 2,700 pounds of its peppermint organic herbal tea. State health officials say to return it for a refund.

More than 50 pounds of the dry tea were sold in Broomfield, Cherry Creek and Lonetree between Dec. 4 and Feb. 16.
